My wife and I are in our 40's we are not being successful in having a baby. We have only been married for 2 years going on 3 and my wife and I desperately want children. We can not afford InVitro Fertilization and our last attempt at this was not successful and became rather heart breaking. We need to know if there is anything out there that can help us gain the fertility and increase our pregnancy chances without risk of multiple pregnancies or birth defects. Thanks!
